Vertical CNC Rotary Hot Orbit Forging  Machine 
 


1. Application and Using conditions :
The equipment is mainly used for hot orbit forming process of automobile axle shaft and flange, which can meet the needs of mass production.


2.  Rotary head: the spindle of the rotary head adopts self-lubricating ball head and ball seat structure, with longer service life and higher precision. The ball head is treated with tempering and surface nitriding. The material of the ball seat is made of self-lubricating super high strength copper alloy with high strength and good wear resistance.


3. Die base mechanism: the opening and closing die base is installed at one end of the slider, made of 45# steel and treated with quenching and tempering; The movable die seat can be opened and closed under the drive of the opening and closing cylinder, and the locking cylinder is mechanically locked after closing; The higher opening and closing die seat can make the heating transition zone of the half shaft and the rod completely clamped in the die seat to prevent deformation by force and ensure the coaxiality and verticality of the axle shaft and the shaft diameter; The friction material between the movable die base and the worktable is hardened plate (thickness 19mm),  ensure durable.

4. Slider of rotary orbital forging : the slider material is welded, open structure in the middle; One end is provided with a die seat, the other end is connected with the outer end of the main cylinder piston rod, the inner end surface is provided with positioning mechanism of billets; The slider guide adopts planar guide structure with long guide length and wide guide surface. The material for high strength alloy copper plate, high wear resistance, high load bearing, avoid frequent replacement of friction pair.

5. Main cylinder: the main cylinder is 4-cylinder structure, which is convenient for fast propulsion; The main cylinder is installed at the other end of the fuselage, and is installed and maintained from the outer end of the fuselage; The cylinder body and the piston rod are made of high quality forged steel. The surface of the rod is treated by intermediate frequency quenching, with good wear resistance and long service life. The main seal adopts high wear resistant polyammonium seal rings.

6. Anti-rotation mechanism: the main function is to prevent the rotary head from rotating, so that the non-rotary part of the work piece can be forging.

7. Hydraulic control system: The hydraulic control system is composed of motor pump set, control valve block, pressure display and control system, fuel tank, pipeline, etc.

8. Electrical control system
Electrical control system is divided into power system and control system two parts, the power part includes the control of the total power supply, each motor start and stop and protection switch, etc., high-power motor starting by star triangle step-down start in turn, power supply using three-phase four-wire system, AC380V, 50HZ. Solenoid valve voltage is DC24V.
