2. Technical Descriptions :
2.1. Structure:
The machine adopt three beam and four columns frame structure, the three beams are welded with qualified steel plate through eliminate stress process. The cylinder body and columns are both made of 45 steel forgings, the columns and piston rods through quenching processing, ensure the hardness reach HRC45-50.
2.2. Power System
Hydraulic system introduced two- way cartridge valve structure, the design reasonable and structure compactly; oil pipe connecting with flange structure, reduce the occurrence of oil leakage, the valve parts adopts the domestic well-known quality products.
2.3. Electronic Control System
The hydraulic press equipped with spot moving, semi-auto techniques. Electrical system controlled by relay control and stroke controlled by non-contact proximity switch .The electrical components adopts the domestic well-known quality products.
